How it works

A quieter way to buy and sell a beach bar.

Most beach bars change hands informally, with little documentation and no market testing. We work differently: prepared listings, figures stated upfront as supplied by the owner, and a short, deliberate process on both sides.

For buyers

Three steps to an introduction

  1. 01

    Start with the numbers

Every listing leads with asking price, tenure, annual revenue and net profit as supplied by the owner, so you can consider a business before making contact and carry out your own due diligence.

  2. 02

    Register your interest

Request the fuller documentation with your budget and timeline. Inquiries stay confidential and are seen only by our team.

  3. 03

    Receive the documentation

Once qualified, owner-provided supporting documents may be shared with you, followed by an introduction. These documents are not independently verified.

For owners

Sell without a sign on the door

  1. 01

    Submit your bar

Tell us about the business, the site and the trading history. Submissions are handled manually — nothing is published automatically.

  2. 02

    We prepare the listing

We set out the figures you supply, write the listing and work with you on images, so the business is presented accurately.

  3. 03

    Meet qualified buyers

We introduce you only to buyers who have stated a matching budget, funding position and timeline.

Sell your beach bar

Confidential by default

Owners are not named publicly until a buyer is qualified and an NDA is in place.

Numbers, not adjectives

Revenue, profit, tenure and lease terms are stated upfront on every listing, as supplied by the owner.

Focused on one market

We work only on beach bars, palapa bars, cantinas and beach clubs across the tropics.
